One of the best note-taking and reminder apps on the market. It’s available as a desktop (windows & mac), iPhone, Droid, and iPad.  It syncs across all devices so it save time. Free

Use the Daily Tracker to keep track of time.  It’s powerful, simple, and reliable. You can use it to take notes, record voice memos, and organize to-do lists. I personally use it to track time on activities I’m doing. $4.99

Provides a suite of online web applications that are designed to increase productivity and simple collaboration. Their CRM software, (Customer Relationship Management) is great for management sales, contacts, and support. Free

An affordable project management system.  Track hours worked, milestones, dates, share files even hold discussions for collaboration. Free

Manymoon
Online project collaboration tool that is build on a social networking platform that is designed to support multiple users. It is a good tool for team projects. Free
